Beta Tester Agreement

Effective: October 12, 2026Last updated: October 12, 2026

Dynamic Arts, LLC d/b/a Artiol Technology · Baltimore, MD

Version 1.0This is a plain-English agreement, not a formal non-disclosure agreement. By enrolling in the Artiol Technology beta program you accept this agreement; we record which version you accepted and when.

1. Who can take part

You must be 18 or older to join the beta program. That keeps our obligations to minors out of scope and lets us keep the program simple.

2. Keeping pre-release work quiet (lightly)

You’ll see features before they’re public. Please don’t post screenshots, screen recordings, or descriptions of unreleased features publicly until we announce a “Share Day” for that app. You may tell people you’re a beta tester for Artiol Technology — just keep the specifics of unreleased work off public channels until we say it’s open. This is a courtesy, not a formal NDA.

3. Your feedback, and your music

You give us permission to use the feedback, bug reports, and suggestions you submit, freely and without obligation, to improve our products. This does not apply to your own creative work: the sketches, recordings, and compositions you make are yours, and nothing here gives us rights in them. See our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

4. Pre-release software is “as is”

Beta builds are unfinished. They may be incomplete, may change, may stop working, and may lose data. They are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. Keep your own backups of anything important — don’t rely on a beta build as your only copy of your work.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dynamic Arts, LLC d/b/a Artiol Technology is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the beta program, including lost data. Participation is voluntary and unpaid.

6. Data we collect during testing

By taking part, you consent to the data collection described in our Privacy Policy, including analytics and crash diagnostics. Pre-release builds may collect more diagnostic information than released versions so we can find problems before launch; where that is the case, we say so in the app.

7. What we ask of you

To make the test useful, we ask that you:

  • Join using the Google account you use on your Android device
  • Keep the app installed for the duration of the test
  • Open it regularly and give it a genuine try
  • Complete the tasks we assign and share honest feedback

8. Duration, leaving, and what survives

You can leave at any time by telling us, and we can end your participation at any time. When participation ends, sections 2 (confidentiality), 3 (feedback), 4 (as-is), and 5 (liability) continue to apply to anything that happened while you were in the program.

9. Thank-you rewards

Any rewards we offer testers — such as Founding Tester status, free premium access, or a credit in the app — are a thank-you gift, not wages or compensation for work. Rewards are guaranteed to participants who meet the stated criteria; there is no raffle, lottery, or random draw.

10. Governing law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, USA. Any dispute not resolved informally will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Baltimore City, Maryland.
